Sun. Sept. 26th - No Appt. Needed, Entry numbers given out as usual approx. 7:30am for 9am start. 

PLEASE READ BELOW BEFORE CALLING. 

We are selling a fantastic collection of vintage model railroad and toys. To give buyers ample shopping time and space, we are approaching things a bit different than usual. The sale will be a 2 DAY SALE and Day 1 of the sale will be “BY APPOINTMENT ONLY”. This will ensure a safe, smooth flow of people and no disappointment to those driving a distance of not getting in the sale before closing time due to a long line. This will also insure privacy for the neighbors the night before since you do not need to “camp out” for a number. Sign-up for Day 1 will be online and the link will GO LIVE FOR APPOINTMENTS ON TUESDAY 9/21 at exactly 9am! When we post the link on the 21st, just log on and reserve a slot. Day 2 will be numbers given out at 7:30 for a 9am opening as usual. We will also remove photos of any big ticket items that sold Day 1 by the evening before Day 2 so you can see what sold. We realize everyone has a different opinion on how best to conduct a sale, but this is how we will be doing things with no exceptions. We will also post a video (and link it here) to our you tube channel that will show you where things are located as you enter the sale. Watch the video, do your research, bring your shopping boxes, and you are all set to get some bargains from this awesome time capsule sale! 

WE DO NOT PRE-SELL, SHIP, QUOTE PRICES, HOLD any items before the sale has started – again, please do not ask to be an exception. JUST COME TO THE SALE – IT'S THE ONLY FAIR WAY FOR EVERYONE. 

DO NOT VISIT THE ADDRESS until sale day. THE MOTION ALARM IS VERY LOUD. If we have to come turn off the alarm, we have to assume you were up to no good and we will have the authorities handle it from there – the cameras don’t lie. Once our staff arrives to turn off the alarm, we will be free to answer any questions before opening.  

WE GLADLY ACCEPT :  CASH, DEBIT, & CREDIT (no Amex). We also accept Paypal or Venmo for purchases under $500. 

We DO NOT require masking or vaccination but DO REQUIRE you respect everyone and use proper social distancing while at the sale. We are all in this together and we all have one thing in common – WE LOVE ESTATE SALES. 

We realize many of you may want to make multiple purchases, therefore, we will have plenty of staff on site to help run your purchases to the hold tables near the checkout as you continue to shop. Please note: HOLD MEANS SOLD so shop slowly and be sure you want what you are “holding”. Anyone who holds items and then decides to later not purchase those items may lose the right to purchase anything at all. 

Besides that, everything else you folks already know applies. Don’t block driveways or mailboxes, bring lots of boxes and packing supplies, and most of all HAVE FUN! ESTATE SALES ARE FUN!
