Children will be allowed in as long as there is no line of BUYING customers. -NO PUBLIC RESTROOMS -WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE OR ENTRANCE TO ANYONE ! -This is a CASH only Sale !!!!! NO CHECKS OR CREDIT CARDS !!! -Doors Open At 10:00 AM. Please be courteous when parking in the area. -Shoplifters will be prosecuted. You steal, we call police. -SMILE, as usual, There will be hidden surveillance cameras throughout the home. -Due to increased theft, no large purses or bags will be allowed in the sale. Please don't bring them, so I don't have to ask you to leave them outside. -Please do not call, email or text asking for prices. We do not give out prices prior to the sale. You must attend the sale for pricing and information. " Please remember that the owner has the right to remove any items out of this sale, even though they may be advertised." -All items sold as-is and no refunds accepted. -Bring help and your own tools to load large items as our employees are not allowed to assist due to insurance regulations.. Done Deal Estate Sales and Appraisals will be in South Tampa this upcoming weekend for an " IN PERSON " estate sale. Rosalind "Roz" Millar, was a Tampa resident since the late 1980's. Roz worked for many years in the marketing field and enjoyed traveling. We will be liquidating the contents of her home and also will be selling her Condo. This is an amazing condo, located in the heart of Hyde Park. There was no smoking and no animals in this home. We hope to see you there, The Done Deal Team ! |
