There are 2 homes and a large outbuilding on this scenic rural, Madison property which is also for sale. The contents of the estate sale includes record albums, tools, radios, audio equipment, collectible magazines, photography-related items, aviation-related items, furniture, tables, bookshelves, filing cabinets and all the accoutrements of a retired chemical engineer and hobbyist with a penchant for aeronautics.
