A sign in sheet will be placed outside the home one hour prior to the sale opening daily. Any other sheet started will not be honored. NO BAGS, BOXES OR PURSES WILL BE ALLOWED AT THE SALE. For larger/heavier items please be sure BRING YOUR OWN LABOR TO ASSIST WITH MOVING. Any dispute on item will result in auction to the highest bidder. Alrighty guys and gals…it's time for Part 2 of the Grasons Co Premier W. Lancaster (Neenach) sale! This time around thel larger equipment items from part 1 will be 50% off...so you don't want to miss that! We’ve still got (1) 20 footer & (3) 40-Yard containers, 1 6 Head Embroidery Machine and Equipment/Supplies, Industrial Grade Equipment, and tools. In addition, there are several cars, antique furniture, costume jewelry/supplies and soooooo much more! Please check back in for more photos throughout the week. Join us for part 2 of this sale which will be 2-days. Be prepared for outdoor weather and dirt roads. Arrive early to secure your place in line and be sure to check back in for more photos throughout the week. For everyone's safety we will be following all CDC guidelines to maintain compliance as related to COVID-19 at the sale:
Masks are required and we will continue to enforce social distancing. We will also continue to limit the amount of people into the house at once to maintain social distancing practices.
