• This house has four modules: three ground level modules measuring about 10’ x 10’, 6’ x 8’; and 10’ x 5”; and one second story module measuring about 10’ x 10’. • House to be sold “As Is” with no warranty or Exchanges • The ground level floors are one piece concrete slabs. • The modules are designed for easy disassembly and assembly. • Sheathing is formed panels. • Windows are insulated vinyl • Interior is largely unfinished, no cabinets or plumbing. Kitchenette and Bathroom unfinished. • Electrical rough-in and 100A panel box installed.

Estimated weight of the two parts is: Lower level modules 12,000 lbs. Upper level module and deck 4,000 lbs Total 16,000 lbs.
