No Buyer buyers premium Bid by the acre not the tract

This auction will be offered by the acre. The bid price on each tract will be multiplied by 55.93. If a person gets a survey and the acreage comes out different the price will not change. The entire purchase price will be put in the purchase agreement not the acre price.

The auction will begin closing at Thursday Sept 30th 6pm Central time. The closing time will be automatically extended an additional 4 minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last 4 minutes of the lot closing.
