No Buyer buyers premium Bid by the acre not the tract
This auction will be offered by the acre. The bid price on each tract will be multiplied by 55.93. If a person gets a survey and the acreage comes out different the price will not change. The entire purchase price will be put in the purchase agreement not the acre price. THIS IS AN INTERNET ONLY AUCTION: All items sell as is, where is with any and all faults or flaws.
