Sorry but there is no staff available to assist in moving heavy objects. Bring the tools and helpers you need to safely remove your purchases from the home and a large enough vehicle to take them away. There will be NO online signup or paper list for this sale, please line up in an orderly fashion. We will let you in a soon as possible taking into account the limited number of people in the home at one time. We will be limiting the number of people in this home to 25 at one time. There will be NO bathrooms available for use. Mask wearing will be REQUIRED at this Cook County location. If you do not remember to bring a mask you will not be able to enter the home. There will be no masks available for free or for purchase. We ask that you observe social distancing both inside the home and outside the home while waiting to enter. We suggest that you bring hand sanitizer to use before and after your time at the home. This more than 4,500 square foot 5-bedroom mid-century traditional home built in 1963 features vintage traditional furniture in a number of styles including some Kindel pieces, home and holiday decor, collectibles including a nice clock collection and clock repair tools, lots of electronics including the first-ever Sony portable TV, camera equipment, garage and basement goodies and much more.
