We are pleased to present this amazing online estate sale. Per NC Auction Law, we have to inform you that both husband and wife are deceased, and the names are withheld at the family's request. This sale is made up of the contents of a smoke-free home they lived in for 40+ years. This home is located near mid-town and North Hills Mall just off of Lassiter Mill Rd. If we noticed any issues, we made our best effort to point them out in the photographs or descriptions. Please see all pictures and ask any questions that you may have.  Bidding is open until Aug. 29th and will start to end at 8 pm and then every 15 seconds until all lots are sold. 

Pick-up will be on Tuesday, Aug. 31st, from 12-7 pm. The address will be given to winning bidders, along with a link for a sign-up time.  Shipping could be available on smaller items, but please contact us before bidding for shipping approval. Also, please be sure to bring helpers for furniture pieces and boxes and paper for small delicate items.
