Auction Items: The BUYER is solely responsible for the purchase decision, transaction, item validation, condition and inspection. There are NO REFUNDS. The auction company attempts to validate and authenticate all lots in the auction, however they are NOT responsible for any errors that may occur during the auction process. Item descriptions include both the written text and all photos. It is the responsibility of the Buyer to read the text and view all photos prior to placing a bid as well as inquire for item clarification as needed. Bidding: Online bidding only - no advance selling. Auction closing is staggered at 2 lots per minute with a 3-minute extension on competitive bidding. That means if you plan to wait until the last minute to place your bid - another bidder can do the same extending the active bidding out 3 minutes per bid. You must REFRESH the page to see active bidding. Pick Up: The buyer is solely responsible for the disassembling, removal, and transportation of all items. We are not responsible for items left behind. Plan and prepare in advance. All items must be removed from the premises during designated time frame. Do not bid on this auction if you are unable to honor the scheduled removal times and day. No refunds will be given for abandoned lots. Late Pick Up: If you request an extension of the removal timeframe to retrieve your items, a $25 service fee will be added to your invoice. Please plan accordingly for the proper help and equipment you will need for removal. Bring necessary tools and packing material - there are none on site.
