THIS WEEKEND: The estate of renowned decorator Lyle Cunningham of Cunningham Interiors in his 5000 square foot Brutalism and Mid-Century-Modern mansion and an additional 3000 square foot studio filled with beautiful things. We find Brutalism and Mid-Century-Modern mixed beautifully with nature and colors unlike any other estate sale before. You will want to own a piece of history from this stunning collection.

Note: Parking will be allowed only on one side of the road, which is extremely narrow. There will be signs informing which side of the street to park on. We advise against driving larger vehicles, if possible, as wide dually trucks may not be able to fit down the road. The road turns back south after you pass the house, and we advise you try to park along that stretch of the road because it is wider.

We will be handing out numbers for orderly admission starting at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday and around noon on Sunday. We do not currently plan on limiting the amount of people allowed in at one time as it is a large home and property, so there should be minimal delay in getting admitted into the sale.

While not required, we encourage individuals to wear masks as consistent with their choice around vaccines and according to CDC recommendations. Please do not crowd rooms and give each other and the staff space. Please, park appropriately and legally.
