Time capsule from the 1970's is how we best describe this fun estate. Our client loved shopping at Neiman Marcus, entertaining and needlework! Her fun and fantastic style fills every inch of this estate. Fabulous Mod and French provincial furniture, fantastic designer clothing (oh the clothes!) and handbags, unique décor, crystal, art and collectibles from all around the globe.

With names like, Miguel Pineda, Orrefors, Baccarat, Waterford, Capodimonte, Murano, Kosta Boda, Chanel, Escada, Armani, Judith Leiber, Lladro, and many more, you will be delighted. All clothing is in women's sizes and some do not have size tags and vary from a size 8-12. We will not be able to share any more information other than what we have listed on each lot.

Located in an exclusive high-rise, we are following strict guidelines for pickup. All pickups are on a tight schedule and will require each winning bidder's information to be forwarded to security (will need to show ID at check-in). One of our team will be there to greet you and either; escort you to the condo or have your items brought down by one of our team. This is very similar to our normal pickups with, additional, parking and building access requirements. The address and specific pickup information will be shared with paid invoices. Facial masks are required per the condominiums requirements.

We ask you read over all details, terms and conditions, pickup days and times as well as look at the descriptions and photos before bidding.

No display items are included in the auction lots (i.e., easels, display holders, racking sytems, etc) unless noted in the lot details.

As always, we are happy to answer questions if our detailed information does not provide you with the answers you need.

Sales Tax Exempt? You must send us a filled out and signed copy of your current exemption before the close of the auction.

This is a soft close style auction and each lot will extend and additional 3 minutes when last minute bids come in.

Credit Cards are processed immediately following the close of the auction. We do not accept cash or checks.

UNLESS AN ITEM STATES IT WAS TESTED OR WORKS, WE DID NOT TEST THE ITEM, PLEASE BID ACCORDINGLY.

SPECIAL NOTE: We will have two professional movers on site to assist with bringing your larger furniture items down and to your vehicle or trailer.

We are not responsible for any accidents, injury or damage if you ask for their help with moving your items into your trailer or vehicle. We do not provide any packing, wrapping or tie-downs.

Shipping and Moving Recommendations: Shipping is offered by Pakmail Garland. They assess a $12 handling/pickup fee for most invoices (larger items may require a higher handling fee) as well as packing and shipping charges. You must contact them by August 24th at 4pm if you wish shipping. 972-487-0260

Winning bidders will receive an email the night of the auction closing with an invoice, the link to schedule your pickup day and time, the address and our contact information. Also, if your credit card on file is not able to be processed immediately following the auction closing, we will try and reach you by phone.
