The Municipality of Marmora & Lake has declared this building as surplus and offers it for sale to individuals or groups in a position to remove the building for alternative purposes leaving the land in a clean, level state with the foundation removed.

The purchaser is responsible for all costs associated with the removal and proof of insurance must be provided, purchaser is responsible for all costs, permits, liabilities and damages, not the Municipality.

The building is sold as is.

The building must be removed and site leveled within 60 days of purchase unless other arrangements are approved by the Municipality. This building was built in 1884, this Train Station stood for nearly 100 years on the line of the Central Ontario Railway at a spot two miles east of the Town of Marmora.

The Station was named Wolf Station. After the line was abandoned the Station was moved to its new location within the town of Marmora.

The building has been maintained and a cedar shake roof installed at the time it was relocated, there is presently water, sewer, and electrical hooked up to the building and purchaser is responsible for disconnections of utilities to the building.

There is 2 washrooms installed in the building.
