THE SIDE GATE, ( LENNA AVE ) IS NOT AN OPTION TO ENTER THE SUBDIVISION. -FACE MASKS ARE REQUIRED TO BE WORN WHILE INSIDE THE HOME. NO FACEMASK, NO ENTRY INTO THE SALE !! -Limit of 8 at a time in, so please be patient. Children will be allowed in as long as there is no line of BUYING customers. -NO PUBLIC RESTROOMS -WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE OR ENTRANCE TO ANYONE ! -This is a CASH only Sale !!!!! NO CHECKS OR CREDIT CARDS !!! -Doors Open At 10:00 AM. Please be courteous when parking in the area. -Shoplifters will be prosecuted. You steal, we call police. -SMILE, as usual, There will be hidden surveillance cameras throughout the home. -Due to increased theft, no large purses or bags will be allowed in the sale. Please don't bring them, so I don't have to ask you to leave them outside. -Please do not call, email or text asking for prices. We do not give out prices prior to the sale. You must attend the sale for pricing and information. Done Deal Estate Sales and Appraisals will be in Seffner this upcoming weekend for an IN PERSON estate sale. The Foelker's, William and Mary Ann, have lived in the Lake Weeks subdivision In Seffner, since 2000. They are both retired now and moving to Debarry, Florida. They have downsized and as a result, we will be liquidating the contents of their home. This is a large home, without animals or smoking. There is plenty for everyone at this sale. THIS IS A GATED COMMUNITY, LAKE WEEKS. THE GATE CODE IS # 8949. YOU MUST ENTER THE SUBDIVISION THRU THE MAIN GATE, LOCATED ON OLD HILLSBOUGH AND APACHE LANE.
