Exit the 40 freeway onto Parks Rd. and turn south. Go to Pineaire Access Rd. and turn right. Stay on here for about 3 miles on this well maintained dirt road. You should see our "orange estate sale signs" at this point. Follow road and stay on Pineaire Access Rd. and it will change into Fergie Ranch Rd. When you get to S. Peaks View Rd. make a left. This will take you straight to the property. Look for the big red barn and our signs.
