Auction Terms & Conditions " All accepted bids made by the buyer are legally binding and may not be altered or retracted.
" No refunds, credits or exchanges, no exceptions. All items sold As-is-where is with all faults. Please inspect all lots prior to bidding.
" Resale license must be given prior to the auction closing.
" Buyer is SOLELY responsible for determining the condition, faults and proper nomenclature/identification of auction merchandise.
" While descriptions are believed to be accurate, Orrill's and Sulflow's Auction and the Auctioneer make no representation or warranty express or implied as to the merchantability, correctness, description, age, antiquity, appraised value or condition of the property to be sold at auction.
" The buyer's premium is 20%. Invoice needs to be paid within 24 hours of the auction.
" Shipping arrangements and/or pickups are solely the buyers responsibility. Shipper has to be identified within 48 hours and local pickup needs to be arranged within 48 hours.
" I am aware and understand, I forfeit my purchases if I fail to pick up my items or arrange shipping for them by Thursday after the auction.
" Buyer/Bidder (agent associated with bidder/buyer) is SOLELY responsible for any damage/ injuries made to merchandise and/or property or persons while picking up.
