No operating systems installed. All Laptops were turned on and were in decent condition. Upon request and responsibility of the winning bidder we can help in packing these items for easy shipping but winning bidder must arrange pickup and provide prepaid shipping labels or BOL etc. All laptops were replaced from government organizations and may have cosmetic wear such as scratches ,scuffs, stickers, labels, tape residue and defects which may not be immediately detectable .Selling as is.
