Terms: Vaults will be opened at live auction and sold to the highest bidders. Payment is due in the form of cash only immediately after the sale. Buyers premium is 10%. All sales are final. A deposit of $100 per unit will be collected at time of sale with refund occurring once all items are removed. No trash removal onsite. All moving pads remain property of Bekins and must be left on premise. Buyers shall have until 5pm for removal. Additional removal day of Saturday, August 14th from 9-5pm.
