ONLINE BIDDING OPENS Thursday, July 29th, and begins to close at 4:00pm MT, Wednesday, August 4th, 2021. Starting with lot#1, items will close at 3 lots per minute until all items have sold. Any bidding on a lot within the final minute will extend the bidding on that lot by an additional minute until no further bidding occurs. Live catalog available starting at 3:30pm MT. ---PAYMENT--- We accept cash, check, or credit card (Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express) 3.75% swipe fee on credit card payments. Cash, card and check payments accepted on settlement day during scheduled hours. After that time, only payment by credit card will be accepted. South Dakota sales tax charged on all items. If you have a tax-exempt license, you must have a current (within the preceding 12 calendar months) South Dakota Certificate of Exemption form on file with Bradeen Auctions or sales tax will be collected. Selling at online public auction will be a wide variety of surplus buildings to be moved from the premises or salvaged, at the buyer's option, including several one and two story residences, several storage & utility buildings, and a large multi-use office/dormitory building. Also selling a wide variety of industrial equipment, water & wastewater treatment equipment, extensive electrical panels & controls, large generators & pumps, tools & shop items, several propane tanks, fire hydrants, chain link and security fencing, materials, and much more!

Auctioneers note: The former South Dakota Star Academy has closed and is now in private ownership. The entire property and is being re-developed. This is phase 1 of liquidating and removing many of the structures and related equipment/furnishings.
Inspection: Auctioneers will be on site Thursday July 29 and Wednesday August 4 from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm each day. You may also inspect the buildings and larger items at your leisure during business hours. Settlement and removal Friday August 6 from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm. Skid steer loaders will be available Aug. 6 for removal of lighter items. Larger item removal with your equipment or contract with Neilson Construction (onsite). Building removal, contact area contractors of your choice. NOTE: Inspection and removal at your own risk and use caution as hazards may exist. Everything sells "As-Is" without warranty of any kind.
Terms and conditions of sale: All selling "As Is" without warranty of any kind. Have moving arrangements secured prior to bidding, as NO additional time will be granted for removal! Removal terms #1: ALL SMALL TO MEDIUM SIZED ITEMS LISTED AS WELL AS 4 BUILDINGS, FENCES, & APARATUS AT OR NEAR THE WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT. Upon proper settlement, purchaser has until 9:00 pm August 27, 2021 to remove items purchased from the premises. A skid loader will be available on settlement day only to assist in loading small to medium size items. After this day, you may bring your own loadout equipment, hire equipment, or contract with Nielson Enterprises to load your purchases. These terms expressly include all buildings, apparatus, and misc. items at or near the Waste Treatment Plant, as well as all other small to medium size items located anywhere on the Campus. PURCHASER UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES TO ABIDE BY THE TERMS OF REMOVAL. All rights of ownership and removal of these items only, will cease 9:00 pm August 27, 2021, there will be NO exceptions.
Removal terms #2: Upon proper settlement, purchaser has until December 31, 2021 to remove buildings purchased from the premises. At the purchasers option, purchaser may remove in entirely, or Salvage/Demo any items from the building(s). Please leave any remains in a safe manner and in a manner which will not allow any debris to blow away to adjoining properties. These terms expressly include the residential buildings and other structures or buildings that are selling. PRUCHASER UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES TO ABIDE BY THE TERMS OF REMOVAL. All rights of ownership and removal will cease at 9:00 pm, August 27, 2021.
