Listing Information

Friday 9am-6pm and Saturday half price 9am-3pm, with boxlot of $5 per box from 3-4pm when we will have free items inside the garage area.

This is an amazing collection of the original content of an inventor and hoarder (who mostly lived the life of bachelorhood) who lived in the same house for decades. From fishing to piddling with electronics; Bill had an eclectic taste for all things masculine and many types of ephemera from pamphlets to books and cards.

Bill worked for the local Hansen family at Crystal Dairy and luckily for us, he hung onto every three-dimensional card they ever mailed him and we will not offer those and other Crystal advertising pieces up for sale.
We’ll offer up everything from his fishing boat to the home itself (which will sell in as-is condition for cash money only without a realtor but rather through the son’s who are caring for their father’s estate) Should you care to view the home, simply stop by the sale and take a look. They are going for the highest price offered so make sure you check it all out in advance.
As for the contents of this wonderful old home; we’ll have everything from lps to old popular mechanics mags, fishing, advertising, vintage mens and ladies clothes, grand piano and wonderful old secretary/ desk that closes up to view as a dresser,
crystal, china, porcelain, pottery, clocks, radios, cameras, hats, hat boxes, dress-form, suitcases and pocket watches.

If you’d to see what we will have for sale please view our video slideshow at the bottom of the page and we will update photos Tuesday evening. Be reminded that we will have snacks and refreshments and also a facility in the driveway to use as the house has plumbing issues. We are excited to share this man’s life with you and also let you see a bit of his inner makings by way of his home’s content. Although the sons informed me in advance that their father had led a very interesting life full of invention and curiosity, it was a neighbor gal who informed me Bill was also a lover of the ladies and often came to neighborhood gatherings and flirted and flattered and made all of the girls in the place feel loved and adored. What a guy!

We are all excited to share this special week with you and look forward to seeing you soon. Thanks for your patronage and also the read.
