TERMS
- 20% Buyer's Premium. A 20% Buyer's premium will be added to the high bid to determine the final price. - The Principal Auctioneer, Auctioneers, Agents, and all personnel are in fact Agents for the Seller, only, and do not and cannot warrant the quality, quantity, age, or condition of any item, or articles, in the Auction Sale. All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults known and unknown. You are strongly encouraged to inspect the merchandise in person to your complete satisfaction and use before bidding or buy without inspection waiving the right of inspection. - All sales are for cash, certifiable check, or PayPal credit card invoice as agreed and evidenced by your registration. - The successful Bidder of any Lot or group of lots will pay a 20% BUYER'S PREMIUM added to the winning bid price to arrive at the Final Price. - Woodont Auctions reserves up to 48 hours to accurately confirm and invoice all sales and email to the Buyer. - You are entirely responsible for all items bought under your registration with this Auction. When you purchase one or more item you are obligating yourself to pay for all items purchased using your bidding registration. You cannot remove any item, or items until payment is made and received, and you have been issued a PAID invoice, receipt, or ticket. - The personal property may be removed as follows: Saturday, August 14th after the Sale until 5:00 PM; Sunday, August 15th from 1 PM until 5 PM; and Monday August 16th and Tuesday August 17th from 11 AM until 5 PM. Separate arrangements, if required, MUST be immediately made that are suitable to the Auctioneer, any Auction personnel, and the Seller. - It is the Buyer's responsibility to remove all items purchased under their registration the days indicated in advertising or as announced, or to make agreeable arrangements with the Auction Company and/or Sellers to have the items purchased moved as soon as possible. There may be a charge for premises storage after the day of sale. If no arrangements are made, or if arrangements made are not honored, the Auction Company will consider the items as abandoned and remain with the Seller for disposal without refund if payment has been made. - Shipping may be available on smaller items only at the Buyer's expense and without Auction Company liability for any item or damage during the preparation for and delivery to the shipping agent. - ALL SALES ARE FINAL! - Due to conditions public inspection may create the Auction Company cannot guarantee or warrant that any original depiction of Lots will contain the same items and/or be in the same condition as originally depicted. Therefore, the Auction Company is not responsible for any items that are missing or damaged after the Lot illustration was created. We will do all possible to ensure the original lots of items are not displaced, missing, or damaged. - The Auctioneer reserves the right reject any and all bids, remove items, add items, or change terms or items at any time during the Auction to best benefit of the Buyer and the Seller. The Sale record stands final to settle any disputes. If there are questions, immediately contact the Auctioneer for clarification prior to bidding. - The Auctioneer reserves the right to sell in lots, to the best advantage of the Seller. - The Auctioneer reserves the right to control the size of the bids for clarity. - In the event of a tied bid or disputed bid, the Auctioneer's word and sale record shall be final. Be sure to clarify and settle all disputes at the time of the sale. If any dispute arises after the Auction Sale, our sale record is conclusive. - When the Auctioneer sells any item, the purchaser assumes ALL RISK AND RESPONSIBILITY for the lot and/or item from the moment the Auctioneer indicates the sale. No swapping permitted - you pay for what you buy using your bidding number. - Invoices will be emailed to the successful bidder with the Buyer's Premium added to the final bid amount.Please allow up to 48 hours for the sending of the invoice. The Invoice is due upon receipt. - THE AUCTIONEER, AGENTS, OR PERSONNEL DO NOT MOVE, OR INSURE ANY ITEMS PURCHASED. Please do not ask the Auctioneer or Auction personnel to move or load any item after it has been purchased for insurance reasons. - We appreciate your attendance and participation. Having read all the rules of this Auction Sale, if for any reason, you cannot or will not comply with these rules, do not bid. You are welcome to stay, if in person, and observe. However, we must insist on strict compliance in every matter. Our aim is to have a fair, honest Sale for both the Seller and the Buyer. If you have any questions, ask BEFORE the Online Only Sale commences. The Online Only Sale runs automatically and cannot be adjusted or stopped once it commences. - Finally, A SPECIAL NOTICE TO BUYERS - IN REGISTERING TO BID, you, the Buyer, agree to the provisions of TCA 62-19-124, a Tennessee Act allowing Auctioneers awards of Court costs and Attorney's fee in collections for Auctioneers.
