All merchandise sold must be settled upon receipt. A %17 Buyer Premium will be charged to all winning online bidders from Denman Brooks & Co.. A %5 Buyers Premium will be charged to all winning online bidders from Auction Zip. All winning online Bidders will be charged a %22 Buyers Premium in total. All items at auction are being sold "As is-Where is" with no expressed or implied guarantees or warranties by Denman Brooks & Co.The total payment for won lots is due upon receipt. Sale invoices include the hammer price and buyers premium separately. Shipping charges will be assessed separately and be billed on a separate invoice.Denman Brooks & Co. ships all winning online bids properly and immediately. We use FedEx and USPS for shipping all regular size and weight items . Over seas, Oversize, and overweight items require a freight company for shipping.
