Sellers will have the right to accept or reject the final bid on the auction by 5pm August 9th, 2021.  Upon acceptance, successful bidder shall sign a purchase agreement and place a 10% non-refundable earnest deposit in the Ambassador Title Trust Account.  

Buyer is purchasing the property in it's as-is condition and your offer is not subject to financing or inspections.

Seller and buyer shall split the cost of title insurance 50/50.  Seller and buyer shall pay normal closing costs associated with a normal real estate transaction.
In the Event that the auction is disrupted for any fault of the auction software or website, the Sellers reserve the right to suspend and reschedule the auction.  Any updates after the day of bid opening shall be emailed to registered bidders.  All announcements made prior to sale shall take precedence over any and all previously printed materials or any oral statements made.
