Valid U.S. issued, positive photo ID required at check-in. Cash, approved check, Visa/MC, Discover. 13% buyers premium with a 3% discount for cash or check payments. We do not accept checks from US Bank. 7% SALES TAX MUST BE CHARGED PER NEW ILLINOIS LAW EFFECTIVE 1/1/21. Sales tax exempt buyers must provide exemption certificate before paying. Items purchased must be paid for on auction day. Removals must be completed no later than 60 minutes after the auction or between 9-NOON on the following Sunday if notification is given on auction day. We will not be responsible for items not picked up within these parameters. We accept absentee bids only after the item(s) has been inspected on auction day. We do not offer Internet or phone bidding. AUCTIONEER'S NOTE: This is a "must-attend" auction! Expect two rings for a portion of this auction. There is no parking on the road of this home's address, however, parking will be on this expansive property. Please pull onto the driveway and park as directed. |
