HOW WE WORK A ONE DAY SALE: We priced all the main items of value as we usually do. Everything not priced will be priced by the piece, bag, or box full by our staff before or when you get the cashier - so come make some piles on unpriced items and help us clean out this estate for a very nice family. Items priced are firm for at least the first few hours of the sale since this is only a one day sale and we are under contract - after noon priced items may also be negotiated - all reasonable offers will be considered. Remember, estate sales are fun but please realize we work all week, each week, setting up these sales and ask you respect the home, neighbors, staff, and our set-up. Our regulars know, the more polite you are with us, the better deals we work with you. SMILE AND HAVE FUN - WE WILL BE! Our #s system for you newbies is simple. Big Bob in the white van will be there at least an hour before opening time with the numbers. One # per person and you must be present to get a number. About 5 mins before opening we will line up folks according to # to insure its first come first serve. Feel free to call anytime with any questions - 7 days a week - 9am-9pm. Please no late night calls, especially the night before the sale - we are asleep early insuring a good nights sleep for a long sale day.
