All Sales are Final, No Returns. All items sold as is and with no guarantees or warranties. Cash/ credit-debit cards for purchases over $50.00 only. Sorry, no checks will be accepted. Please bring your own bags/boxes for packing. NO LARGE BAGS WILL BE ALLOWED in the HOME. We have shopping baskets for your convenience. Please bring help to load large items. We charge sales tax. All items must be removed at the close of sale. Please obey all parking restrictions and do not block the neighbor's driveway. Sign up sheet will be posted between 6:00 and 6:30 on the first day of the sale only. Grasons Co Estate Specialists and the property owner are not responsible for accidents on or around the property |

PLEASE READ: The sale will take place virtually on FACEBOOK LIVE - Please follow us @grasonsinlandempire The sale will start at 9:00 am on Wednesday 8/18/21 with pick up on Thursday 8/19/21 from 8-12. In order to purchase an item you must comment "sold lot # and price" The first person to show on our feed with the correct information will be the buyer of that item. We will go "live" on our Facebook page @grasonsinlandempire around 8:50 to give everyone a chance to find the sale. You will need to direct message your email and we will send an invoice, once paid we will schedule a pick up appointment.
