If there are items you are interested in purchasing over the phone, please also text me and I will contact you to take payment.  You will be sent a copy of your receipt and your name will be added to the list for Monday pick-up.

*There are 2 gates you can enter from.
1. Chase Road is the most congested in the mornings.
2. Winter Garden-Vineland & Tibet Butler entrance.
This is a gated community To enter the sale, you must indicate you are attending the Let it Go Lifestyle Estate Sale & know the address!
No parking in driveway. There is a cul-de-sac at the end of the road for additional parking.
Park on the right, in the correct direction. There will be No Parking signs in specific areas.

You will have to pre-arrange for moving help as none will be provided in this sale. There are very large items that may require strong & able bodies to move downstairs, so please bring them with you!

All furniture must be removed by sale day Sunday, 1:00.

The Black Grand Piano is not for sale.  The new owners have purchased it.

This home was owned by the 2006 Ginn Open Winner, Mi-Hyung Kim (Peanut). She received a prize award made by "Chihuly Glass" which will be on display and is for sale.  We also have it listed on ebay. We do ask that it not be touched. There is also a hand written note by Dale Chihuly to Peanut congratulating her on her tournament win.

There will be no access to the back courtyard.  We ask that you respect our Do Not Open Door signs.

Please use caution inside this huge home by staying off your phone and watching where you are walking. 

There are grand staircases and balcony's, so please, if you bring small children with you, they MUST remain with you or you could be asked nicely to leave.

Your safety and enjoyment is our number one priority. 

We will have plenty of staff on hand, so please feel free to ask them for assistance if you need help with something. 

If you desire to purchase a large piece of furniture or wall hanging, please remove the tag and take it to the HOLD AREA located in the dining area.  The team will write your ticket and the runner will place a SOLD tag on your items and you can return shopping. 

First-come-first-serve on all items, we will not hold items that are not paid for.

All items purchased, will require you to show your receipt the team member at the door before its removed from the home.
