* All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults.
* All descriptions believed accurate but not waranteed.
* Bidder inspection is encouraged.
* By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them.
*We reserve the right to reject any bid at our sole discretion for any reason.
* Since this is all from one estate there is NO Missouri Sales Tax
* Buyer's premium has been waived on this quality estate!
* Visa, Mastercard, Discover are accepted with a 3 percent * All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults.
*Shipping is available through USPS. There is a $5.00 surcharge per bidder number. So if you buy 10 items you are only charged one surcharge of $5.00. Shipping cost is actual plus the $5.00 and insurance is required on all shipments. We will gladly use Flat Rate Boxes to save you money.
* For internet-only auctions, we reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures. System failures inlcude slow internet connections.
*Payment is due when auction closes.
*Pickup will be July 13th (Tuesday) from 9:30 AM to 3 PM. We must have all items picked up and the residence empty. Failure to remove all items on time will result in extra fees and hauling expenses.
