State College in Detroit Lakes. Location is MN Hwy 34 on the northeast edge of Detroit Lakes. Follow signs. Many lots on pallets (visible in pictures). Our fork lift driver is available only until 4:30 due to scheduling. Make sure you have completed any fork lift needs by that time on Wednesday and Thursday. We will accommodate your loading as the fork lift is next available. All of these items came out of the Detroit Lakes Schools in good working condition. Because of the large scale of this auction we were not able to take individual photos of every chair, table, etc. We used the same set of photos for some lots, i.e., the cafeteria tables. Any deviation in the lots were accounted for in the photos. Some of these lots are massive and we would encourage you to bring enough help and a big enough trailer. Give yourself enough time for loading. There are 7 overhead doors which should allow for space to remove your items. Early afternoon there is usually a lull in activity. Our staff is available for locating your lots but it is your responsibility to load Before any items are removed you will need to check in.
