Amorim Rubber Flooring 3/8" Thick Commercial grade Flooring

The purchaser is responsible for any facility damage caused during the removal of the materials.

It will be the responsibility of the purchaser to pay for and to also make arrangements to remove materials from the gym during the week of August 2nd through the 6th. Note: there is no dock at this location.

IU Recreational sports purchased this material new on or about august 1st of 2020.
The total original purchase was for 14400 square feet or Amorim rubber flooring
The rubber was delivered in one full box semi. A pallet jack was used to get the materials to the back of the semi where it was unloaded by a lift.
The material has been used for less than a year and was purchased new.
The overall coverage of the rubber floor system provides for approximately 14,400 square feet
Throughout the entire system, there are less than 20 screws installed, and the overall condition of the material is excellent.
A breakdown of materials is as follows.

Rolls of 4' by 18' - 48

Rolls of 4' by 36' - 77 of which three were never used.

Roll of 40" by 36' - 1

Rubber sections will be rolled up and shrink-wrapped. Three of the full-size rolls will be placed on a pallet that is sitting on top of OSB sheeting protecting our floors along the east side of the gym. It will be the responsibility of the purchaser to make arrangements to remove materials from the gym during the week of August 2nd through the 6th. Note: there is no dock at this location. There is a large garage door on the east side of the gym that has a downward slant to the alleyway between the Bill Garrett Fieldhouse and the IU Art Museum. The use of heavy equipment in and around this building is subject to all IU policies and expectations. Due to the volume of materials, all rubber will have to be removed from the site before the OSB can be picked up. Campus Recreational Sports will be onsite to provide access to the facility for pick up. We will have no labor available to assist in the loading of materials.
