This GIGANTIC auction will give you that “American Pickers” feel as we have dug through tons of antiques, art, firearms including many true antique firearms, outdoor items, fine china, crystal, depression glass, collectibles, furniture, jewelry, tools of all kinds including many antique tools, books, antique deeds & other legal documents, and a whole lot more all in a house which has not been lived in for years! For those of you who bid in the L. F. Perry auction last year, you know what we mean when we say that it is THAT type of auction! And, the house itself will be torn down as a part of this event, so if you need vinyl siding, windows, doors, electrical, plumbing, lumber, or whatever for your construction project, you can bid to salvage it all here! YOU CAN SEE THE ITEMS IN PERSON by visiting the location during the inspection times listed below.
