Sorry but there is no staff available to assist in moving heavy objects. Bring the tools and helpers you need to safely remove your purchases from the home and a large enough vehicle to take them away. We use an automated line manager system to determine the entry order into the home. Signup is at BRIESLINE.COM and launches at 5:00 PM Wednesday evening prior to the start of the sale and at 5:00 PM the day before each subsequent sale day. After signup, you will receive a text with a ticket confirming your position in line. When it is your turn to enter the home, we will text you using this system and you will have access to a status page which will let you know where you are in line. If calling with questions, please only call between the hours of 9:00 AM-7:00 PM as calls go to a home office. |

If you do not sign up for a virtual number ahead of time and there are people waiting to enter the home, you will need to sign up for a number on site. We will be limiting the number of people in this home to 25 at one time. There will be NO bathrooms available for public use. Masks will be OPTIONAL but strongly recommended for those who are not fully vaccinated. Please observe social distancing both inside the home and outside the home while waiting to enter. Brie’s helpers will follow the same practices. Thank you for your cooperation! This charming 2,100 square foot 3-bedroom brick home built in 1941 features an eclectic mix of items including a stained glass workshop, garage filled with tools, electronics, vintage toys, antiques and power tools. Inside the home there is a very nice collection of Van Briggle pottery, taxidermy and decor. There is a shed in the back of the property containing a large amount of mahogany wood, perfect for woodworking projects. The family is moving on so it all must go!
