All lots are sold "as is" with no guarantee expressed or implied. On all listings we are going by what we were told by the estate/vendor or through our best knowledge. We try our best to get accurate information and good photos but please check everything. Yes, We want you to come down and look at the items. Usually open weekdays 10-4 but call to make sure I'm there (503-756-5637).

Lots close at 15 second intervals beginning at 6:30PM, the night of the auction. We use a "soft close" auction. That means if you are bidding on an item and someone makes a last minute bid, that item will be extended for 2 additional minutes, allowing you to make a counter bid. (Doesn't affect other lots).

Your Bid is a Contract: Please bid only if you will honor any purchases that you make. We do report non-paying bidders to the National Database to exclude them from further online auction bidding.

Payment: You will receive an invoice at the end of the auction. Payment MUST be paid within 48 hours after the auction. If you are paying other than on-line, please contact us prior. We take credit cards and cash at pickup and cards over the phone.

Pick Up Terms: All items need to be picked up Friday & Saturday. Later pickups by appointment.

MAILING RULES:
Yes, we can mail some items and try to keep costs low. We are not set up for shipping larger items (nothing over 24"). If you need shipping, pay for your items within 24 hours of the ending of the auction, then wait for us to send you a special invoice with shipping charges (usually takes a couple days). We do not ship large boxes. If you win several lots that make up a larger amount, it may come in several boxes. We will no mix heavy items with breakables.
Make sure your address is correct both as you registered with us and on PayPal. We use PayPal to mail since we get lower rates from them (saves us both money). If either one is wrong and the package goes to the wrong address, you are responsible. This happens way too ofter so please verify.
We charge the standard costs through either USPS or UPS. But we add an additional service charge: $5 if the items fit in a flat-rate Priority box or is a small item fitting in a like sized box. Other sizes are charged a $10 service charge for the first lot and an additional $2 per lot minimum.

Clipper Ship Lamp, No. 1255, Dumbarton, Scotland, 1869, is what it says on the plaque but it also says made in Korea on another. One of the glass panes is broke, otherwise in good condition.
