Viewing: Wednesday July 7th 9am until 12Noon THIS IS AN INTERNET ONLY AUCTION: All items sell as is, where is with all faults or flaws. Items sell with no warranty stated or implied. STAGGERED/DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will begin closing at 2:00 PM Monday July 12th. An item will begin to close at 2:00 PM Central time and an item will close every 30 seconds after. The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended an additional 2 minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last 2 minutes of the lot closing. Example on bidding. If a person puts a bid in of $100.00 and the 2nd place bidder placed a bid $50. It will raise the person with the high bid to $55.00. It will not automatically take a person to the highest bid they have submitted. LOAD OUT/PICK-UP: Winning bidders may pay and pick their items up Tuesday July 13th 9:00 am - 2pm. A forklift we be at the auction site to assist with loading. The auction company reserves the right to use both forklifts in the auction to load until 1:30pm July 13th. There will be shipping on smaller items able to be boxed. On large items pleas call the auction company.
