Parking Update:  2 acres of hay field will be open for parking at your own discretion.  4x4 vehicles are recommended.  Use driveway on Fixler Rd. (Just West of State Rd.).  Additional parking available on Northview Dr. (side street just West of the auction off Fixler Rd).  No parking along State or Fixler Roads.

Auction updates/Sale order:  Selling in 2 rings all afternoon.  1st crew will start at 4 PM on hand tools over the auction block, then selling misc. box lot rows in the yard.  2nd crew will start at aprox. 4:15 on Furniture, then moving to antiques and collectibles over auction block #2.  Water trough and scalding kettle will sell at approx. 6 PM, followed by ATVs, Tractors, & Equipment.  Loader will ONLY be available for approx. 1 hour after the sale.
