Auction company has sole discretion on who can and cannot place bids. HGWTllc does not have the ability to register bidders, we use a rented online platform and do not control registrations. Items Conditions All items are "SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS" ALL SALES ARE FINAL! There are no returns, exchanges, buybacks or refunds. It is the bidder's responsibility to determine the condition, age, genuineness, value, and any other determinative factor. Description & photos are offered as a guide only. Do not rely solely on photos to make buying decisions. Be sure to read any description and HGWTllc recommends previewing all items in this auction personally on preview day. If no preview day is offered, please contact us to schedule a time. HGWTllc shall not be responsible for such errors as posting wrong photos for an item. If description does not match picture in a lot, the description takes precedence. Bidder shall be sole judge of value. All damages seen at time of listing have been identified. Common nicks, scratches and wear may not have been called out. Payment All invoices under $1000 will be charged to the card on file unless prior arrangements are made. Invoices in excess of $1000 must be paid by approved methods. All invoices will be sent out showing a 15% buyers premium figured off the bidders total winning amount. Bidder waves their right to a charge back and agrees that they will not charge back on any credit/debit card purchases. Pick Up and Shipping Pick up or load out days are clearly marked in auction listing. You accept full responsibility for safely loading your purchases. We do not provide straps, dollies, carts, manpower, or assistance of any kind. Any item forgotten at sale site is not the responsibility of HGWTllc. It is your responsibility to ensure all purchases are in your possession. We are only available for pick up at those slotted times. Failure to pick up your items will result in forfeiture to estate. We do not have alternate days. This is the first of a multi part auction of a beautiful home in Wildwood. All items sell as is, as found with no attempt to improve. We will be conducting multiple smaller auctions at this home to help alleviate the load out. THIS HOME HAS THE WORST DRIVEWAY OF ANY AUCTION I HAVE EVER CONDUCTED, and if you have done many of my auctions you will realize that is a powerful claim.
This auction has a soft close beginning at 7:30 on June 21st with 1 lot clsoing every 15 seconds. Item pick up is from 11 am til 6 on June 23rd. Any items not retrieved on the 23rd will not be held, as we need to stage for later sales. There is a 15% Buyers Premium added to all winning bids and all invoices under $1000 will be charged to the card on file unless prior arrangements are made. 1 Read First This is the first of a multi part auction of a beautiful home in Wildwood. The blades look clean. It sat for a couple of years but I bet fresh oil fresh, gas and air up the tires and she'll be blowing snow 97 Composter Aerobin It looks like it's never been assembled 98 6 foot metal cabinet on casters Looks clean 99 Collection of gardening supplies Contents of white upright cabinet and shelves plus sediment guard. There is a lot lot of fertilizer, weed and feed, miscellaneous. It's like a Home Depot in One stop. 100 Big green egg It has been stored outside, the handle is starting to rot but an easy fix. Overall eight out of 10 large big green egg on STAND 101 Patio set It could use a good hosing, but it seems like the fabric has a couple seasons left. 102 Metal bench Bench is approximately 36 inches across. Nice cast metal bench. 103 Collection of planters Large lot of planters on back porch. The ones that are stacked are plastic, the balance are heavy clay pots. 200 Large terra-cotta pot As found in wooden crate was wrapped in saran wrap. I don't know the age of the pot but that is an early looking crate to me. 203 210 Unirolle drum agitator New in box 224 Geodesic light cover I think it's newer but it's pretty incredible 225 Number five crock Looks brand new!
