Sorry but there is no staff available to assist in moving heavy objects. Bring the tools and helpers you need to safely remove your purchases from the home and a large enough vehicle to take them away. There will be NO online signup or paper list for this sale, please line up in an orderly fashion. We will let you in a soon as possible taking into account the limited number of people in the home at one time. If calling with questions, please only call between the hours of 9:00 AM-7:00 PM as calls go to a home office. |

We will be limiting the number of people in this home to 20 at one time. There will be NO bathrooms available for use. Masks will be required, if you do not remember to bring a mask you will not be able to enter the home. There will be no masks available for free or for purchase. We ask that you observe social distancing both inside the home and outside the home while waiting to enter. We suggest that you bring hand sanitizer to use before and after your time at the home. Thank you for your cooperation! This 1,400 square foot 3-bedroom home built in 1973 features furniture from vintage traditional to transitional for every room, home and holiday decor, kitchenwares, useful household items, garage goodies and more. There is costume jewelry from the estate as well. A few more highlights are the awesome vintage microphone collection, piano, riding lawn mower and huge collection of CDs/DVDs.
