Each lot has its own closing time; they are staggered to close one after the other. Bidding remains open on any lot until the lot has closed. Auction features a soft close which extends closing time by one (1) minute if bids are placed within last one (1) minute before lot closes.

No deduction will be allowed on damaged articles as all goods being exposed for public exhibition are sold "as-is" and without recourse, including shipped merchandise. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them.

Removal shall be at the expense, liability, and risk of the purchaser. Purchases can be removed only upon presentation of a paid bill.
