*Some items may be sold per piece. The bid price is multiplied by the amount of items in the lot. This is shown on the catalog using the bid price x quantity. (EXAMPLE- "12.50 x 4" equals a total bid of $50.00.)

Mastercard, Visa, or Discover. - Wire transfers are available, Bank checks are accepted (must pay day after) There is a 13% buyer's premium on every purchase, regardless of payment

* Shipments will only be sent to the cardholder's registered and verified address

* Payment is due upon closing of the auction.

Buyers Premium:
All sales are subject to a 13% Buyer's Premium; reference to the buyer's premium is made in auction terms & conditions. advertisments, flyers and catalogs. Buyer's premium will be a stated percentage and must be paid by the buyer as part of the purchase price.

Ontario County Tax is applied to every purchase.

* Bidding Increments
* All items will Start at $5.00 at beggining of online bidding. Increments will follow different schedules depending on the auction. Hessney Auction Co. LTD reserves the right to lower the bid increment at any time if there are no bids on items when the auction is closing. Hessney Auction Co also reserves the right to change increments as an auction is closing if there is no active bidding, just like a live auction in the gallery.
* You agree to bidding terms with all terms and conditions when placing a bid.
* When placing a maximum bid on an item you are agreeing to pay at any amount up to your maximum bid.

** SHIPPING TERMS
Shipping Restrictions: We will not ship any items that are or over 50lbs. We will not ship any items that are larger than 30" in height, length or width. We will not ship large box lots of glassware or any other kinds of fragile items. WE DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY.

Handling: There is a $5 handling fee added to each Priority Mail box we pack. Anything that does not fit within one of these boxes there is a $10 handling fee added to each box. We will not ship anything larger than 30" in length, width or height.

Fragile (Crocks, glassware, etc) or Large Item Shipping: All these items will be taken to our local UPS store location to be packed and shipped. You will be responsible for all costs charged by UPS store.

If you wish to have your purchases shipped we use the UPS Store in Geneva, you can call them at 315-781-0007 and ask for Rick to request a quote. ** IF you are unsure on shipment charges please request a quote BEFORE you bid.

** IF you request shipping and agree to have UPS Store ship your items, you must email us your name, address, and that you would like UPS Store to ship your items. If you then DECLINE their shipment because of fees you are responsible for a $30 handling fee PER BOX. You agree to this in our terms and conditions.
