Any item not picked up at stated pickup time will be forfeited with no notice to Buyer unless arrangements have been made with Rogers Auctioneers, Inc. prior to end of pickup time. No refunds or charge-backs will be granted due to a lack of removal during the designated times. If an item is missing, the auction company is only responsible for refunding the amount that was paid, or the high bid of that particular item. Rogers Auctioneers, Inc. does not provide labor, equipment, tools or supplies needed to package or remove purchases. Please bring sufficient tools and labor. Purchaser is responsible for proper disconnection of all appliances.
