Auction Terms & Conditions NOTE: Owner has the right to reject final bid on Real Estate. The high bidder will receive confirmation by 12pm on Wednesday (June 9th). REAL ESTATE TERMS: $5,000 down payment along with the 3% Buyers Premium. The down payment will be required upon acceptance of bid & applied to the purchase price.
