All items must be removed at the close of sale. Please obey all parking restrictions and do not block the neighbor's driveway.

PLEASE READ:

THIS IS A DISCOVERY SALE: Larger Items are tagged but most items will be priced verbally. Be prepared to spend some time shopping because we are unable to stage the home like we normally do. You will have to dig through boxes on your own. You are encouraged to bring gloves and to wear clothes toed shoes. As you will see from the photos - there are some really cool items that we can actually see but we have no idea what else is there.

NO CHILDREN PLEASE - HOUSE IS NOT MOBILITY IMPAIRED FRIENDLY

NO PRICES CAN BE QUOTED BEFORE THE SALE. We work on multiple homes at the same time with 100s of items in them. It is impossible to remember prices correctly.

WE DO NOT PRE-SELL UNLESS SPECIFICALLY STATED.

FOLLOWING THE CDC GUIDELINES - GRASONS staff will all wear masks and have their temperatures taken for everyone’s safety. ALL SHOPPERS ARE REQUIRED TO WEAR MASKS. If you feel ill please stay home. We will have hand sanitizer in multiple areas of the house and wipe down traffic areas repeatedly. WE WILL ALSO PRACTICE SOCIAL DISTANCING SO PLEASE BE PATIENT AS WE WILL LIMIT THE NUMBER OF SHOPPERS IN THE HOME. DUE TO THE LIMITED NUMBER OF SHOPPERS ALLOWED, CHILDREN WILL NOT BE ALLOWED IN THE HOME, SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE (when things return to normal they will be allowed again).The sign in sheet will be posted between 6:00-6:30 am on the first day of the sale only.
