Signups launch at 5:00 PM Wednesday evening prior to the start of the sale and at 5:00 PM the day before each subsequent sale day. If you do not sign up for a virtual number ahead of time and there are people waiting to enter the home, you will need to sign up for a number on site.

We will be limiting the number of people in this home to 30 at one time. NO children under 18 or pets please. There will be NO bathrooms available for use.

Masks will be required, if you do not remember to bring a mask you will not be able to enter the home. There will be no masks available for free or for purchase. This more than 7,500 square foot home built in 1913 and perched on a scenic spot on Pistakee Bay features an epic collection of period furniture for every room as well as many gorgeous stained glass panels, both clear and colored. The family collected antiques for 50 years and these collections are evident throughout the home. The contents of the 2,500 square foot guest house have been located to the main home to be sold as well. There is so much to see, too much to list here!
