Sorry but there is no staff available to assist in moving heavy objects. Bring the tools and helpers you need to safely remove your purchases from the home and a large enough vehicle to take them away. There will be NO online signup or paper list for this sale, please line up in an orderly fashion. We will let you in a soon as possible taking into account the limited number of people in the home at one time. If calling with questions, please only call between the hours of 9:00 AM-7:00 PM as calls go to a home office. |

Many of these items have already sold. *** *** In addition to the terms and conditions noted above, the following will apply: *** There will be NO online signup or paper list for this sale, please line up in an orderly fashion. We will be limiting the number of people in this home to 20 at one time. NO children under 18 or pets please. There will be NO bathrooms available for use. Masks will be required, if you do not remember to bring a mask you will not be able to enter the home. There will be no masks available for free or for purchase. We ask that you observe social distancing both inside the home and outside the home while waiting to enter. We suggest that you bring hand sanitizer to use before and after your time at the home. Thank you for your cooperation! This 2,800 square foot farmhouse style home built in 1989 features vintage traditional furniture, home decor, useful household items and more. The man of the house used to work for Dick Blick and has tons of art supplies including many beautiful brushes. The family is moving on so everything must go!
