Bradeen Auctions reserves the right to withdraw any property before the sale and shall have no liability whatsoever for such withdrawal.

ONLINE BIDDING OPENS Friday, April 30th and begins to close at 4:30pm MST, Tuesday, May 4th, 2021. Starting with lot#1, items will close at 3 lots per minute until all items have sold (approximately 5 hours). Any bidding on a lot within the final minute will extend the bidding on that lot by an additional minute until no further bidding occurs. Live catalog available starting at 4:00pm MST.

We accept cash, check, or credit card (Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express) 3.75% swipe fee on credit card payments.

Cash, card and check payments accepted on settlement day during scheduled hours. After that time, only payment by credit card will be accepted.

South Dakota sales tax charged on all items except currency and titled vehicles.

If you have a tax-exempt license, you must have a current (within the preceding 12 calendar months) South Dakota Certificate of Exemption form on file with Bradeen Auctions or sales tax will be collected. Be prepared to fill one out at checkout. You authorize Bradeen Auctions to charge your credit card if no contact has been made by the end of the scheduled settlement. Please note the buyer will also be responsible for a 3.75% credit card transaction fee, and handling/storage fees incurred by Bradeen Auctions.

---REGISTRATION---
A credit card is required for auction registration to verify the identity of our bidders and to protect the integrity of our bidder's pool. Thank you for your cooperation.

If you believe you have registered but have not been asked to enter your credit card information YOU HAVE NOT FINISHED THE REGISTRATION PROCESS. The first lot you bid on will prompt you to enter your credit card information. Please bid early to ensure you are completely registered.

---SETTLEMENT & TRANSFER OF POSSESSION---
Thursday, May 6th, 2021 from 10am to 3pm at the residence, 12989 Pheasant Dr., Hot Springs, SD. 3.75 miles north of Hot Springs on Hwy 385 to Battle Mountain Pkwy, turn left go ½ mile to Pheasant Dr. turn right 12989 is on the right. With a copy of your paid receipt, you will be able to gather your won lots onsite.

Cash, card and check payments accepted on settlement day during scheduled hours. After that time, only payment by credit card will be accepted.

As a successful bidder, it will be your responsibly to remove all your items by the given date. Please plan accordingly and bring the necessary assistance and vehicles/trailers required to load and haul your items.

All items must be paid in full prior to loading. You will be required to provide a copy of your paid in full receipt before you will be allowed to remove any items from the property.


---ADDITIONAL FEES & EXPENSES---Please note that we do not charge a buyer's premium. As a result, we do charge fees for any additional services that are required. Those services include payment by credit card, handling, storage, & shipping. Buyers can avoid all additional fees by paying with cash or check in person at the scheduled onsite settlement, and removing all items.

If you are unable to attend the scheduled onsite settlement the following fees will apply.

1.) 3.75% credit card swipe fee. Cash and check payments only accepted on settlement day during scheduled hours.

2.) Minimum $15 handling/storage fee per bidder. Additional handling/storage expense incurred depending on size and/or volume of items.

3.) Shipping available on specific items only as noted in the catalog. All shipping and handling costs and additional charges will be borne by the winning bidder. No transportation of goods available for this auction. Please keep this in mind prior to bidding.
