Spencer, OH 44275 (3.3 miles East of Spencer or 1.8 miles West of Chatham on Chatham Rd./Rt. 162). Internet bidding only, through Proxibid. See auction catalog with full descriptions at www.proxibid.com/rdfarnsworth Lots Close: Thursday, May 6, 2021 starting at 10:00 AM Preview Date: Friday, April 30, 2021 from 4 PM to 6 PM.
Checkout/Removal Date: Friday, May 7, 2021 from 9 AM until Noon. Payment must be made during these checkout times (accepted payment forms are cash, good Ohio checks with ID, and wire transfers). Additional removal times can be arranged with the seller, but the loader tractor will only be onsite during the scheduled checkout hours.
Tractors: Like New one owner 2014 Kubota M7040SU diesel tractor with hyd. shuttle, LA1153 loader, 72” QT bucket, 2 sets of hyd. remotes, 3 pt., 540 pto, cast iron rims, folding ROPS, and only 477 original hours (at time of listing); John Deere 2010 gas tractor w/loader, 3 pt., 540 pto, 1 set of hyd. remotes, & showing 2831 hrs. (incorrect – tach not working. Complete overhaul approx. 100 hrs. ago); Ford 231 diesel tractor w/pto, 3 pt., ROPS/sunroof, & 1119 orig. hrs.
Hay Equipment: Nice New Holland 492 haybine; Hesston PT10 haybine; OMC 590 4x5 round baler; New Holland 56 rollbar hay rake; nice Farm King G2LP 2 basket hay tedder; 7x14 & 7x15 flatbed hay wagons.

Terms: Accepted payment methods are Cash, Good Ohio checks (with ID), and Wire Transfers. 5% Buyer’s Premium will be charged on all sales. Items must be paid for before or during our scheduled checkout time (Friday, May 7 from 9 AM until noon). Any unpaid items after the checkout hours will be billed to the bidder’s credit card on file with Proxibid, and will be subject to an additional 3% service fee. No items may be removed from the auction site until they have been paid for in full. All items are sold “As Is” with no guarantees or warranties. All sales are final.
