Successful Buyers will be charged immediately using the credit card you registered with and paid invoice will be emailed to you. Brevard County sales tax is 7% and is charged on all items UNLESS you have provided us with a current, valid Resale Certificate BEFORE Auction. No refunds of sales tax. It is the Buyers responsibility to contact & pay shipper. AND items MUST be removed during removal dates/times or item will be considered abandoned. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the bidder to the Shipper AND Removal dates will NOT be changed. Removal is by appointment only Friday & Saturday, May 7th & 8th between 8:30 am until 3:00pm. Items will be brought to loading dock for your convenience. Buyer(s) agree to all terms & conditions; rely on their own inspection & information as descriptions are believed to be accurate however NOT Guaranteed; all legal fees, all deficiencies, etc arbitration in Brevard County, FL. 100% Due Auction Day.
