Live Oak County Fair Association Auction Buyer Rules & Guaranty
*BY REGISTERING TO BID ONLINE YOU AGREE TO COMPLY WITH THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS*

All buyers must register in order to participate in the Live Oak County Fair Association Auctions which includes all three auctions: premium sale, rosette or silent auction for shop projects. By bidding you agree to the following terms:

1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Exhibitors and Association members understand that once the exhibits are auctioned, the sale is final.

2. Steers, hogs, sheep, and goats are sold by the head instead of by the pound. Rabbits will be sold by the pen. Exhibitors retain ownership of the animals.

3. We welcome Add-On bids. Please complete an "add-on" form and return to the registration table before the end of the auction or mail in by April 30, 2021. No add-ons will be accepted after April 30, 2021.

4. Your statement will be mailed by the Live Oak County Fair Association soon after the auction. Checks should be made payable to LOC Fair Association and mailed to PO Box 144, Three Rivers, TX 78071. 5. All balances are due by May 15, 2021.

6. The Live Oak County Fair Association is a 501(c)3 Not-for-Profit Organization and all contributions are tax deductible.

Guaranty: I (we) the undersigned in consideration of Live Oak County Fair Association extending credit to the undersigned (jointly & individually) hereby personally, and jointly and severally guarantee payment of all debts incurring by the undersigned (jointly & individually) to include but not limited to legal and collection costs incurred.
