CONDITIONS OF THE SALE
It is the bidders responsibility to read and understand all of the terms and conditions of the auction before bidding. By placing a bid you are entering a legal and binding contract. By placing a bid you are promising to pay for your purchases in a timely manner according to the terms of this agreement. Non-paying bidders will be added to the No Bid list and will not be able to bid on anything else with Somewhere In Time Antiques and Auction House. A non-payment fee will be added to your bill for Legal & Processing fees. A minimum of $500 will be applied. We turn all non-payment bidders over to our collection agency and we will prosecute to the full extent of the law. Please do not bid if you can't or do not intent to pay for the items you win.

All sales of items are sold AS IS and All SALES ARE FINAL. No guarantees, expressed or inplied is given on any item. The auctioneer if not responsible for the condition of the items sold. It is the bidders responsible to determine the condition, value, genuieness of the item they are bidding on. You as the bidder are the judge of the items value.
Somewhere In Time Antiques and Auction House and its employee's are not responsible for any errors that can occur in the description of the items that are up for sale. All items are sold as is and no refunds will be given if they are bought.
Please ask by emil all question about an item that you are interested in but not sure of something. Do not wait until you have bidded on the item to ask the question, it is too late then. PAYMENTS
We accept American Express, Discover, Master Card, Visa, Cashiers Check , debit cards and cash.
We will be emailing an invoice within 3 days of the ending of the auction. The email will list your purchases and any shipping and handing charges. All invoices must be paid within 48 hours of bidder receiving thier invoice. Payments must be recieved and cleared before any items is shipped or picked up.

SHIPPING
We can ship world wide. Packaging, shipping and insurance on all item will be avaiable to all won bids.
Most items will be package by us. Some items that are ususually shapped or require speccial packaging will be taken to a 3rd party shipper. Items that are packaged thru us will be shipped with in 3 to 5 business days after payment and shipping charges have been processed, All items that have to be shipped by a 3rd party shipper will be mailed within 7 to 14 days after payment and shipping charges have been processed. We ship through USPS or FedEx. For shipping questions please contact Stephanie Viverette at 252-458-4579 or by email thesomewhereintimeantiques@yahoo.com. We are not responsible for the damaged items due to shipping. If any item is damaged during shipping please contact the post office or FedEx to file a claim. To file a claim you will need the shipping/mailing label.
For any address changes or special shipping instruction please contact us immediately. We are not responsible for shipping items to the incorrect address.
Buyer pays all shipping and handing charges. Please keep in mind that the size, weight, degree of fragility, and insurance, all factor into the cost of shipping.

LOCAL PICK-UP
We orffer local pick-up for those who wish to pick up their won item or items. Local pick up will be at 1553 South Church Street Rocky Mount, NC 27803 unless stated its at a onsite auction. Please make an appointment to pick up for items by calling 252-458-4579. If items are left after 1 week after the pick up date of the auction a storage fee of $5 a day will be added to auction invoice. Storage fees must be paid the day the items are picked up. If items are left for 30 days or more the items become the propery of the auction house. These items will be sold at a later date. No refunds will be given on these items.
In the event that the auction is held at a onsite auction there witll be an addition pick up provisions. There will be only 1 or 2 days for pick up at these auctions. If you can not pick up your items you can contact us to see it we can move your items to our auction house location. There will be a charge to the bidder if we move your items our auction house location. Charges will be added to your invoice.

NON-PAYMENT/ABANDONED POLICY
All items that are unpaid or unclimed will be considered abandoned property will become the property of Somewhere In Time Antiques and Auction House. Unpaid items are items that were won at auction but not paid for. Unclaimed items are items that have been paid for but not picked up after 30 days and items that have been paid but the shipping has nevered be paid.

COINS
The auctioneer is not respnsible for the condition of the items sold. Coins are not graded by the auctioneer. The auctioneer is NOT a coin grader. Please use you own judgement to the condition and grade off any items. It is very likely alll raw coins have been graded or condition Including cleaned or parshly cleaned coins. all coins we sell are sold as is without guarantee or warrantly of any kind. The only grading companys that guaranetee their grade is PCGS and NGC. It is the sole responsiblity of the bidder to due the research on the coins that they want to bid on. All coins are sold on consignment bases.

Auction will run from 04-11-2021 to 04-24-2021. The first lot will end at 8 pm. Pick up for this auction will be the Tuesday and Wednesday after the auction ends. We turn all non-payment bidders over to our collection agency and we will prosecute to the full extent of the law. Please do not bid if you can't or do not intent to pay for the items you win. Payments must be recieved and cleared before any items is shipped or picked up. SHIPPING We can ship world wide. Packaging, shipping and insurance on all item will be avaiable to all won bids. Most items will be package by us. Some items that are ususually shapped or require speccial packaging will be taken to a 3rd party shipper. Items that are packaged thru us will be shipped with in 3 to 5 business days after payment and shipping charges have been processed, All items that have to be shipped by a 3rd party shipper will be mailed within 7 to 14 days after payment and shipping charges have been processed. We are not responsible for the damaged items due to shipping. If any item is damaged during shipping please contact the post office or FedEx to file a claim. To file a claim you will need the shipping/mailing label. For any address changes or special shipping instruction please contact us immediately. We are not responsible for shipping items to the incorrect address. Buyer pays all shipping and handing charges. Please keep in mind that the size, weight, degree of fragility, and insurance, all factor into the cost of shipping. LOCAL PICK-UP We orffer local pick-up for those who wish to pick up their won item or items. Local pick up will be at 1553 South Church Street Rocky Mount, NC 27803 unless stated its at a onsite auction. Please make an appointment to pick up for items by calling 252-458-4579. If items are left after 1 week after the pick up date of the auction a storage fee of $5 a day will be added to auction invoice. Storage fees must be paid the day the items are picked up. If items are left for 30 days or more the items become the propery of the auction house. These items will be sold at a later date. No refunds will be given on these items. In the event that the auction is held at a onsite auction there witll be an addition pick up provisions. There will be only 1 or 2 days for pick up at these auctions. If you can not pick up your items you can contact us to see it we can move your items to our auction house location. There will be a charge to the bidder if we move your items our auction house location. Charges will be added to your invoice. NON-PAYMENT/ABANDONED POLICY All items that are unpaid or unclimed will be considered abandoned property will become the property of Somewhere In Time Antiques and Auction House. Unpaid items are items that were won at auction but not paid for. Unclaimed items are items that have been paid for but not picked up after 30 days and items that have been paid but the shipping has nevered be paid. COINS The auctioneer is not respnsible for the condition of the items sold. Coins are not graded by the auctioneer. The auctioneer is NOT a coin grader. Please use you own judgement to the condition and grade off any items. It is very likely alll raw coins have been graded or condition Including cleaned or parshly cleaned coins. all coins we sell are sold as is without guarantee or warrantly of any kind. The only grading companys that guaranetee their grade is PCGS and NGC. It is the sole responsiblity of the bidder to due the research on the coins that they want to bid on. Auction will run from 04-11-2021 to 04-24-2021. The first lot will end at 8 pm. Pick up for this auction will be the Tuesday and Wednesday after the auction ends. Pick up times will be 9 am until 4 pm on both days. If you are unable to pick up at these times please call us or email us to set up a day and time for you to get your items.
