The removal for this auction is completely outdoors. No special COVID instructions will be put in place for this auction. Look for the CASHIER CAR on load out day to get your paperwork in order, pay your bill, get in line for the fork lift or gain access to the yard for removal. A forklift is onsite for the removal at no charge.

THE LOAD OUT SCHEDULE IS STRICT AND ABSOLUTELY NO ACCOMMODATIONS WILL BE MADE FOR A LATE PICK UP. THE LOAD OUT WILL TAKE PLACE RAIN OR SHINE WITHOUT EXCEPTION. On load out day go to the address listed for the auction. You will see 2 buildings: Geeco and Powell Industrial Center. Drive straight back between the 2 buildings, and you will find our cashier vehicle parked right by the fence. Everyone must stop at the cashier vehicle, it will have K-BID signs in front of it. If you paid online tell the cashier that you paid and you will get official paperwork to present to the bobcat driver to let him know you have paid. If you need to pay, the cashier will take your payment of cash, Visa or Mastercard.
