Get ready for another great pickers event! This property is so packed full we are letting you come and pick with us! Many items will be priced, however like some of our past pickin events, we negotiate on the spot!

We are still working and will be uncovering items until the day of the sale. Photos of are just a portion of what is on this property.

SECURITY IS ON SITE 24-7, please do not go on property until front gate is opened.

Here is how it works:

Internet reception is NOT GOOD on property. Be prepared and bring CASH! If no internet, then we will not be accepting credit cards and we do not take checks.

We will be limiting the number on property due to parking. No more than 30 vehicles at a time.

Limits of persons per area may be adhered to.

NO RESTROOMS AVAILABLE!!!

Bring something to create your holding area (i.e., trailer, tarp, sheet, blanket, etc).  This will be where you take the items you are wanting and we price it there. DO NOT TAG items unless you are going to buy them. I will make you leave if you abuse our warm hospitality.

All must play fair and have fun. Not responsible for any injuries so you must be careful and stay safe.

There are creeks on the property and drainage areas. Be careful.

There is designated parking and a separate area for holding your items. Trailers must remain in parking area and we will coordinate vehicles into holding area for loading.

Absolutely NO CHILDREN under 16.

NO personal bags or handbags allowed in any shopping areas.

WE DO NOT HELP LOAD or provide equipment to help load. Please bring your own helpers to move items. In addition, packing materials and bags are always limited. Please bring extra if you have any. We do not pack your items for you, but provide an area you can use to pack.

There are no public restrooms available.

If you park illegally and get a ticket, not our fault. Do not block driveways or mail boxes

We accept credit and debit over $10 with proper photo ID, cash always welcome IF WE HAVE INTERNET RECEPTION. Otherwise Cash Only.

This is an Estate Sale managed by a professional company. This is not a garage sale.

6% sales tax will be assessed unless you provide and show your tax exempt status and info. MUST have it with you per estate sale or auction.
